
Bethany Wilson Grimes
Chamber President/CEO
Bethany Grimes is the President and CEO of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce, where she is committed to strengthening the local community and supporting business growth throughout Pike County. A graduate of Troy University, Bethany earned a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Leadership Development, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Bethany brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, and account management to her role. Upon graduating from college, she spent nearly a decade as Marketing Manager at Glow, a boutique in downtown Troy, where she witnessed firsthand the impact the Chamber can have on local businesses. She later served as a Media Consultant for CBS affiliate WTOC-TV in Savannah, GA, and most recently served as Marketing Manager for Stovehouse in Huntsville, Alabama.
An active community leader, Bethany serves on numerous committees and boards, including the Troy University Homecoming Parade Committee, Pike County Farm-City Committee, TroyFest Art and Craft Festival Committee, the Get Involved Pike County Committee, and the Pike County High School FBLA Advisory Committee.
In addition, Bethany serves on the Board of Directors for the Business Council of Alabama and the Miss Troy University Pageant Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Troy University School of Social Work and Human Services Board of Visitors and the Troy University IDEA Bank Advisory Board, reflecting her ongoing commitment to education, leadership development, and community engagement.
Bethany’s dedication to service, leadership, and economic development continues to make a meaningful impact across Pike County and the State of Alabama.
Kaitlyn Williamson
Chamber Vice President
Kaitlyn Williamson is the Vice President of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce, where she is passionate about supporting local businesses and building strong community connections. Originally from Hazel Green, Alabama, Kaitlyn is proud to now call Troy her home. She is a graduate of Troy University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
With years of experience in sales and customer service, Kaitlyn brings valuable insight into relationship building and business development. During her time at Troy University, she completed an internship in the Human Resources Department at Great Southern Wood Preserving, further expanding her knowledge and skill set.
Kaitlyn is excited to be part of the Pike County Chamber team and looks forward to growing both personally and professionally as she becomes more involved in serving the Troy community and its businesses.


Dianna Lee
Chamber Executive Assistant
Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Dianna Lee has called Troy home for the last 42 years. She attended Troy State University and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. degree, majoring in Speech Communication and minoring in Marketing. Lee has worked in retail sales with The Ormond Shop, as an area Sales Rep for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco, as the Director of Alumni Affairs for Troy State University and retired from Troy Bank & Trust after 25 years of service as their Marketing and Public Relations Officer. Lee now works with the Pike County Chamber of Commerce, helping with the Leadership Pike program, the Junior Ambassador program, and Chamber membership.
Lee currently serves on the Troy Pike Habitat for Humanity as Public Relations and Fundraising Chairperson and spearheads the annual “Polar Bear Plunge” each year. She is also the president of the Park Memorial Methodist Church Circle of Hope group. Lee has worked previously with the Troy City Schools Education Foundation, the local March of Dimes Board, the Troy Arts Council, the Troy Pike Cultural Arts Center and The Female Factor.
“I will always love my hometown, but there is nowhere else that I would rather live than in Troy, Alabama,” said Lee. “I love the sense of community we have here, still having so many choices for shopping, for entertainment, for education, all the things!”
